Refund Policy

Returns, exchanges, and credits are accepted within 60 days of receiving the item. Items must be in original, unused condition with no signs of wear. Ensure returns are made within the specified timeframe and include the original packaging and purchase receipt. Contact support@thecharmsource.com promptly with your return reason, and we will provide shipping details.

For valid exchanges/refunds/credits, the customer covers all return shipping costs, including secure tracking and insurance. The Charm Source does not refund items lost or damaged during return transit; please pack items securely with tracking and insurance for protection. If an item arrives damaged, contact Customer Service immediately with a clear description and a photograph.

IMPORTANT: To process an exchange, credit, or refund, follow the above steps. Items returned without prior notification or requested documents will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to the sender.
